These two events are scheduled back-to-back on weekday evenings. Join us for one event, or join us for both! Join us one week, or join us for all four! Register for the bike and the run separately.

Bike the Tri Course - Register Online
Join the Greater Nashua Sprint Triathlon bike race coordinator, Andrew Brodeur as he rides with you through the race course. Meet at Thorntons Ferry Elementary parking lot – across the street from Camp Sargent.
Run the Tri Course - Register Online
Join Craig Stoller, veteran Ironman; and Laura Moran, Greater Nashua Sprint Triathlon Run Coordinator as they take you through the run course. All running abilities (and strollers and friendly dogs!) are welcome. Meet at Thorntons Ferry Elementary parking lot - across the street from Camp Sargent. We will wait for all of the bikers to come in before starting the run.
Swim the Course
Join the YMCA Aquatics Director and the triathlon lifeguards to swim the course of the triathlon. Course is approximately 600 yards and we will happily answer questions before and after the swim. Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for the swim.
Tour the Tri
Saturday before the race – Tour leaves at 5:30 PM. Meet in the transition area.

Open to all – no registration required
Come tour the swim and transition areas of the Greater Nashua Sprint Tri the night before the event. USA Triathlon Certified Coaches Colin Cook and Jay Francis will be on hand to answer race specific questions. The tour will leave the transition area at 5:30 PM. Triathlon 101 Series
For those new to triathlons, this is the perfect confidence-boosting class for you!
Learn the tricks to developing a strong and fast transition time.

Goodales Bike Shop, Nashua
This class will help take the some of the mystery out of the bike portion of the race, and help you know what is important what is not.
